The Christmas "Price Wars" are officially here! Some of the biggest supermarkets in the UK have dropped vegetable prices to 5p in the lead-up to Christmas.

While these "loss leaders" help supermarkets get us through the door, they are a golden opportunity for us to flood our bodies with nutrients for next to nothing. Here is how to eat like a king (or queen) on a 5p budget.

Buying these isn't just "cheap"—it's an investment in your winter immunity.
